Welcome to our new colleague Jurgen Adriaen!
Jurgen started recently at Bluebridge as Project Officer for the two big running projects H2020 project COASTAL & interreg NON STOP.
After his studies in aquaculture, Jurgen went abroad and started to work in a marine environment at the Spanish coast. There he got aware of the struggle for balancing between ecology and developing the coastal economy. Ten years ago, Jurgen returned to Belgium where he engaged in the start-up of the aquaculture department and its corresponding facilities at the University college Odisee. Jurgen has worked in different aquaculture projects, always keeping an eye on sustainability.
