On June 23, the drone sector came to a sun-drenched Ostend. The base for all the drone activity was Bluebridge in Ostend Science Park.
Our location was perfect for demonstrating the many applications of drones in the air, water and on the ground to a large audience. Also present: the largest mobile drone cage in Belgium for the demonstrations with flying drones.
Geert Dangreau officially opened the exhibition floor together with Elwin Van Herck, chairman of the Belgian Drone Federation.
After the official opening, the 179 registered visitors could visit 18 exhibitors from the drone sector. There were also various break-out sessions at three locations within the central themes of environment, offshore and safety & security.
